This year to celebrate my 32nd birthday, Joe and I took a trip to the West Coast and spent a week in San Francisco and Napa Valley. This was a big trip for me since I had never been to California! We had such an amazing time in both cities. In San Fran we got to be active and touristy and in Napa we got to relax and drink wine. It was such a good trip and I can't wait to go back! 

Last month I got the opportunity of a lifetime - an all expenses paid trip to Barcelona! I was so excited to visit Spain, a country that was on my travel bucket list, sip on Sangria and eat all of the paella. But, it's not a James Lane trip without something going wrong. One of the best perks about my job (aside from the free Kind bars) is that I get to travel. Usually it's to un-exciting places like Minneapolis or Philly (sorry if you like those cities!) but sometimes I get to go to really fun places, like LAS VEGAS! While I had to work 90% of the time, I still found time to gamble, drink an obscene amount of vodka, eat some fabulous meals, and gamble.
